Well I started archery way back in 1991 when five of my friends wanted to do something new in college, something unique. so someone suggested archery would be good coz they seem to travel a lot. so we went to the coach and wanted to
join but he refused at first, but we keep coming back so he accepted us.It turned out he was just testing us,how serious are we.At first i started shooting in local matches with a home made bow made of bamboo. Then we progressed to long distances so we needed a stronger bow i borrowed a Yamaha ytd bow at 40 lbs. In 1994 i competed in my first national competition it was a succes i placed along with ariel, whom you will find his page here a bronze medal in team category.
After that the bow was confiscated so i stopped for one year ,but the following year was national games year so i came back. the national games is held every 2 years in the Phil.
Now i bought a td4 with it's spec. here also
The Awards I received :
1st National Games bronze medal team
SU Cup team Silver
