My father gave me a litle "Bear" bow when I was like 6 years old, and some years later I couldnīt stop shooting.
Now I practice almost every day for about 4 hours.
It consist:Warm-up,shooting 10m (no face), shooting from one FITA the first day to 1 3/4 FITA the third day making specific form-excercises, After the third day I score a Fita
or practice at 70m.
It is dificult because Im in college now.
My tunning method: Arrows at 30m with and without vanes.
