Baanreglement Studentenhandboogschietvereniging Sagittarius te Enschede

Veiligheid

De meeste regels hebben betrekking op de veiligheid op de baan. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je je verstand gebruikt en niets of niemand in gevaar brengt.

1. Het bestuur is verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de schietbaan. Hun aanwijzingen dienen onmiddellijk te worden opgevolgd. (daarna is er ruimte voor discussie over de correctheid van de aanwijzing van het betreffende bestuurslid)

2. Beginnende schutters moeten zich strikt houden aan de aanwijzingen van de trainer of andere begeleiders.

3. Richt nooit een uitgetrokken boog op een persoon. Zelfs als er geen pijl op ligt. Dit geldt met name als er zich nog iemand tussen de schietlijn en het doel bevindt.

4. Ook tijdens het opzetten van de pijl en het uittrekken van de boog dient de pijl naar het doel te wijzen. Schiet bijvoorbeeld nooit een pijl recht omhoog; het is van tevoren niet in te schatten waar deze terecht zal komen.

5. Pas als alle schutters geschoten hebben loopt (en niet rent) men gezamenlijk naar het doel. Tijdens het schieten mag niemand zich tussen de schietlijn en doel bevinden.

6. Het is toeschouwers niet toegestaan zonder toestemming met de schutters naar de doelen te lopen.

7. Wachtende schutters en toeschouwers mogen de schutters aan de schietlijn niet storen. (schutters kunnen daarentegen niet verwachten dat het altijd muisstil is.). Dit houdt onder andere in:
   1. Men dient minimaal 3 meter achter de schietlijn te blijven als men niet schiet.

   2. GSM's en andere apparatuur dient geen (geluids)overlast te creëren voor de schutters.

   3. Men dient lawaai en geklets te beperken.

8. Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar mogen niet zonder begeleiding op het schietterrein komen als er wordt geschoten.

9. Wanneer iemand vanwege nalatigheid of achteloosheid andermans materiaal beschadigt, zal hij onmiddellijk de schade tegen nieuwwaarde vergoeden.

10. Schutters dienen hun bogen op de schietbaan op te bouwen en koffers op de daarvoor bestemde plaatsen op te bergen.

Huishoudelijk

De volgende regels zijn bedoeld om de baan een beetje leefbaar te houden.

1. Het is verboden op de binnenbaan te roken, ook wanneer men alleen op de baan is. (o.a. vanwege brandgevaar)

2. Kom niet zonder toestemming van de eigenaar aan andermans spullen.

3. Afval hoort in de afvalbak. Als deze vol is, leeg hem dan in een grijze container en vervang de zak.

A.2 Range Rules Studentenhandboogschietvereniging Sagittarius

Safety

Most of these rules are safety rules. In addition to following these rules you are expected to use common sense at all times, thus preventing endangering anything and anyone.

1. The committee is responsible for the safety on the range. Their directions must always be obeyed immediately and without question. If you disagree with the action taken, feel free to discuss it afterwards.

2. Inexperienced archers must strictly follow the guidence of the trainer and other supervisors.

3. Never aim a drawn bow at a person. Not even when no arrow is nocked to the string. This is particularly important when someone is still between the shootingline and the target.

4. During the nocking of the arrow and drawing of the bow, the arrow should always be pointed in the general direction of the target. One extreme example: never shoot an arrow straight up, because it is impossible to determine in advance where it will land.

5. The arrows can be fetched from the targets after everyone has left the shooting line. During shooting, nobody is allowed between the shooting line and the targets (or behind the targets).

6. Spectators are not allowed to accompany the archers to the targets without explicit permission of the responsible person on the range.

7. Archers and spectators behind the shooting line should not disturb the shooting archersconcentration. (But archers should not expect perfect quiteness.)
   Examples are:
   1. One is expected to stay 3 metres behind the shooting line when not shooting.

   2. GSM phones and other devices must not disturb the archers (by making a sound or otherwise)

   3. Noise and chatting should be limited as much as possible

8. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to be on the shooting range without supervision.

9. When someone, due to negligence or carelessness, damages another person's equipment, he will immediately reimburse the owner.

10. Bow-kits will be stored in the storage locations intended for this use.

Other rules

These rules are meant to keep the range nice and tidy.

1. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor range at any time. (Safety regulations)

2. Never touch another's archery equipment without explicit permission from the owner.

3. Rubbish belongs in the trashbin. If a trashbin is full, take out the bag, replace it and bring the full one to a grey Otto/Cliko.
